Help test our Android apps before they launch

Mickey Designs is bringing its apps to Google Play, and we need real Android users to try them first. You get early access for free; we get your feedback and help getting through Google’s testing requirements.

How it works

  1. Send us an emailInclude the Google account you use on your Android device. That’s the address Google Play needs to let you in.
  2. We add you to the tester listYou’ll get a reply with a link, usually within a day or two.
  3. Join the test and installOpen the link on your Android device, tap “Become a tester,” then install the app from Google Play like any other app.
  4. Use it and stay opted in for 14 daysGoogle requires new apps to have testers stay enrolled for at least 14 days in a row. Open the app now and then, and tell us what you think.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Test versions are free to install.

Why do you need my Google account email?

Google Play only lets approved accounts install test versions. We use your address only to add you to the tester list.

Will I get the final version when it’s released?

Yes. The app updates through Google Play as normal, and you’ll move to the public version automatically.

How do I leave the test?

Open the tester link again and tap “Leave the program,” or just email us and we’ll remove you.

How do I report a bug or share feedback?

Email info@mickeydesigns.com. Screenshots help a lot. You can also leave private feedback on the app’s Google Play page.
