Privacy Policy<\/strong>

Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and published by Mickey Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for Apple iOS, macOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, and visionOS platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information We Collect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) through our apps. Our apps do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party tracking SDKs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Not Collected:<\/em> We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, usage data, crash logs, or any other personal or diagnostic information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

App Tracking Transparency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our apps do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not request permission to track you under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, as no tracking occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. If a future app version incorporates such services, this policy will be updated accordingly prior to release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Stored on Your Device<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of our apps may save preferences or settings locally on your device using standard Apple platform mechanisms (such as UserDefaults or iCloud CloudKit sync). This data remains under your control and is never transmitted to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iCloud<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an app uses iCloud to sync your data across your own devices, that data is governed by Apple’s iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several of our apps are specifically designed for children, including three language learning apps and a math learning app. These apps are built as safe, ad-free, tracking-free educational tools \u2014 no personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted from any user, including children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, our children’s apps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
