Tableau Stage is the free companion to Tableau Spatial Studio. It turns projects built on a Mac into immersive experiences you can walk around on Apple Vision Pro — planets floating above your coffee table, a cell you can lean into, a guided tour that talks you through each step.

Find and download over Wi-Fi

Any Mac running Tableau Spatial Studio on your network shows up automatically. Tap to download a scene in seconds — no accounts, no cables, no cloud. Once it’s on your headset, it plays anytime.

Learning that surrounds you

Scenes appear right in your room, so your space stays visible around them. When a scene calls for it, turn the Digital Crown to become fully immersed in a 360° world.

Listen and explore

Narration is read aloud as each scene plays — mute it any time. Look at a glowing object and tap to reveal more: a description, a picture, even a sound.

Move at your pace

A floating control card lets you step forward and back through a scene. Grab it and place it anywhere that’s comfortable.

Classroom Mode

Turn it on and your headset follows the teacher automatically: whatever their Mac shares — or edits — downloads and plays on its own. Perfect for a room full of students moving through a lesson together.

Tableau Stage displays scenes created with Tableau Spatial Studio for Mac. You’ll need a Mac running Tableau Spatial Studio on the same Wi-Fi network to download content. Requires visionOS 26 or later.
